在Marvel 漫畫中， 快銀(Quicksilver)及緋紅女巫(Scarlet Witch)是磁力王 (Magneto)的孖生仔女，亦是變種人之一。 因其母親 Magda Lehnsherr 害怕磁力王的異能 ，所以Magda在懷孕期間逃到一個名為Wundagore 的科學城堡。其後由牛獸人Bova接生並轉交Whizzer撫養。

但在今次 Avengers 2電影中，卻說成他們參加了海德拉Hydra的實驗計劃而獲得異能。鬧出兩個版本，這正正是因版權問題！
事源要追溯回90年代，Marvel 將旗下某些角色的版權賣出用來套現。二十世紀霍士的製作人 Lauren Shuler Donner 當時就購下X-Men的電影版權，而Marvel Studios則保留《Avengers》的權限，所以Quicksilver與Scarlet Witch就在兩個圈子中共存著。由於兩間公司也擁有這對孖生兄妹的版權，因此Marvel Studios 改變了角色設定。
